John was raised in East Tennessee.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998.  A few short years later, he began his career in the mortgage industry which took him all over the country.

 

He began in Georgia, but has spent time helping clients throughout Tennessee, Arizona, and Colorado.  He has worked in every facet of this industry….from the banking side, to the corresponding side of lending, to now the broker world. He has taken the knowledge that he gained, and the successes from both of these sides of the business, and has applied them to build and grow Rocky Top Lending into a full-service Mortgage Broker. 

 

John is dedicated to helping his clients.   He has an unparalleled work ethic and is committed to assisting them find their new home or complete their refinance with impeccable service and speed.

 

He provides the client with the maximum amount of information possible to make an informed decision that best fits their financial needs. Seeing the smiles and tears on clients faces when they close, is what warms John’s heart, and is the sole reason that he has this passion for what he does.

 

In his spare time, John is committed to being a husband to his wife Stacey, and a father to his little girl Peighton.   They are the love of his life.  He also enjoys playing golf, skiing, hiking, and loves building LEGOS during his down time.
